About the role

We are open Monday through Friday and do not work weekends or evenings. Our techs typically work an average of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Technicians are dispatched remotely and work within zones near their homes.
• Daily routes are tailored to each technician’s capabilities.
• Techs have access to manufacturer tech support and technical tools.
• Technicians are part of an internal “Tech Support” group for mutual assistance.
• Behind-the-scenes tasks such as part ordering, authorization, and claim filing are handled by support staff.
• The system focuses on efficiency, allowing you to see more repairs, create more billing opportunities, and earn more money.
• A monthly bonus program is available for those who meet the requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about large and portable appliances, mechanical work, and electrical work.
• High mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in troubleshooting problems.
• Ability to lift heavy machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
