About the role
As an appliance repair technician, you'll work with a variety of household appliances including dishwashers, microwaves, dryers, and more. You'll need to be knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, and electrical work.
You'll also need to possess high mechanical aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with repair tools, the ability to lift heavy machinery, and exceptional troubleshooting skills.

Pay
Make as much money as you want. Our systems are designed to help you see more repairs, create more billing opportunities, and produce. The more you can produce accurately, the more money you will make. If you are manageable and can follow systems, you will make good money here. Additionally, we have a monthly bonus program available.
Schedule
A normal work week (Monday through Friday). We are open Monday through Friday. We do not work weekends nor in the evenings. Where other companies demand long hours, our techs work on average 40 hours a week. We do this because we want our techs to have time to enjoy their lives outside of work.
Additional Information
Our technicians are dispatched remotely and work on a zone-based route around/near their living area. Daily volumes are tailored to each technician's capabilities. Additionally, our techs can dictate the order of jobs performed in a way that makes sense to them. We have a support staff to handle all the behind-the-scenes tasks, leaving our techs free to focus on repairs.
