About the role

We are open Monday through Friday and do not work weekends or evenings. Our techs typically work an average of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Technicians are dispatched remotely and work within zones near their homes.
• Daily routes are tailored to each technician’s capabilities.
• Techs can dictate the order of jobs based on their knowledge of the area.
• Access to manufacturer tech support and technical tools.
• Participation in an internal “Tech Support” group for collaborative problem-solving.
• Reporting work done and needs to the company via an easy-to-use app.
• Behind-the-scenes administrative tasks handled by the company.
• Opportunities to produce more repairs and increase billing opportunities.
• A monthly bonus program available.

Requirements

• Fairly knowledgeable about large and portable appliances, mechanical work, and electrical work.
• High mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in using repair tools.
• Ability to lift heavy machinery.
• Incredible troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Prepared to work with a variety of appliances including dishwashers, microwaves, and dryers.
• Highly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
