About the role
We are open Monday through Friday, and our technicians work an average of 40 hours per week. We provide remote dispatching and tailor routes to each technician's capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own work schedule based on your zone and capabilities.
- Work with a team of tech support to handle daily challenges.
- Use an app to report repairs and let our support staff handle administrative tasks.
- Focus on efficiency to increase production and earn a competitive salary.
- Participate in a monthly bonus program.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable about large and portable appliances, mechanical, and electrical work.
- High mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in troubleshooting problems.
- Able to lift heavy machinery.
