Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial transportation, focusing on delivery and/or courier claims
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a fully remote environment
- Active licensure, either home state or designated home state
- Willingness to obtain all necessary licenses within 45 days of hire
About The Role
As a Property Damage Liability Team Lead at Reserv, you will support a claims manager with leadership and technical responsibilities. Your leadership will involve overseeing the work of the Commercial Transportation, Delivery/Courier Claims adjusting staff. You will play a crucial role in the team, customers, and clients, balancing management and individual contributor responsibilities.

Job Duties
- Backup/leader when the Manager/Director is out of office
- Initial onboarding tasks/new hire cultural immersion
- Subject matter expert for first-line questions and escalations
- Lead team Huddles and Elevated Claims Experience Workshops
- Increased reserve and payment authority with ability to assist with moderate reviews
- Identify and discuss topics/trends in team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of insurance claims experience in Delivery/Courier space with bodily injury and property damage experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote environment
- Comfortable with technology and ability to evolve claims systems/processes
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Integrity, ethics, and accountability in handling confidential information
