About the role

Front-line team leader responsible for managing daily and routine courier schedules and serving as the primary point of contact for Bloomington-area clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to staff and perform major work functions for the area.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and inventory duties.
• Develop and maintain courier personnel policies.
• Ensure effective utilization of human and material resources.
• Train staff on appropriate techniques and monitor performance for quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Associate’s Degree (preferred).
• 1–3 years of lab courier experience.
• Valid Indiana Operator’s license with a good driving history.
• Understanding of Indiana traffic laws.
