About the role
Flynn Management is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician for their apartment community, Kings Villas, located in Perry, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC repairs and overall general maintenance tasks
- Work independently and own necessary tools
- Work Monday - Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm with an hour lunch break
- Available for on-call emergencies
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair
Qualifications
- Driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance
