About the role

Flynn Management is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician for their apartment communities in Lake Butler and Hawthorne, Florida. The position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, self-motivation, independent working ability, and possession of necessary tools.

Responsibilities

• Electrical repairs
• Carpentry work
• Plumbing tasks
• Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance
• General repair work
• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Forest Park from 8:00am-5:00pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
• Tuesday and Thursday at Washington Square from 8:00am-5:00pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
• On-call availability for emergency needs

Requirements

• Drivers license
• Proof of automobile liability insurance coverage

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems

Skills

• Self-motivated
• Able to work independently
• Owns necessary tools
