Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician

Day to Day Duties
- Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Maintaining property grounds
- Preventative maintenance
- Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
Requirements
- Must have valid drivers license
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screen
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of HVAC preferred
- 6+ months’ experience in maintenance or equivalent
- Some dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Experience with pools, CPO certification preferred
- Willingness to provide great customer service to residents
- Willingness to go through basic training within 30 days
Benefits
- PAY: $17-20 an hour
- $100/week on-call bonus
- Minimum 1.5 hours paid time
- SCHEDULE: M-F 8-1 with rotation of emergency on-call (1x every 4th week)
