About the role
Flynn Management is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician to join their team at an apartment community in the Orange City, FL area.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC repairs and overall general maintenance tasks
- Work independently and own necessary tools
- Handle on-call emergency needs on Tuesday & Thursday from 8am-1200pm / 1230pm-430pm
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of similar experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
Qualifications
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and general repair
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
