Apartment Maintenance Technician-Full time
About the role
Flynn Management is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician for their apartment communities at Forest Glen in Palatka, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC repairs and general maintenance tasks
- Work independently and own necessary tools
- Own a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance
- Be available for on-call emergencies during Monday - Friday shifts from 8:00am-5:00pm (with one hour lunch break)
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of similar experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair
Qualifications
- Pass a basic maintenance exam
- References from prior supervisors
- Pass a pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screening
