Responsibilities

  • Provides quality images with accuracy and efficiency, using optimal skills and knowledge of all equipment.
  • Gathers complete documentation of all pertinent information to provide accurate and timely service to customers.
  • Provides for personal and patient care and safety using professional judgment in accordance with written standards so there is no injury to self or others.
  • P practices professional communications, appearance, conduct, punctuality, attendance, and attitude that lead to physician, patient and co-worker respect and confidence.

Qualifications

  • Education: Completion of education required to obtain applicable national board certification.
  • Experience:
    • Level I - One-year previous experience in the field of Angiography/Cardiac Catheterization preferred.
    • Level II - 1-year of previous experience in the field of Angiography/Cardiac Catheterization required.
    • Level III - 2-years previous experience in the field of Angiography/Cardiac Catheterization is required.
  • Licensure: Current applicable state licensure for Radiological Technologist (LRT) required. Current national registration in Radiography (ARRT-R) required. BLS required. ACLS required - Levels II and III ACLS required for Level I within six months of hire. Advanced certification (RCIS, CI, VI) preferred - Level III.

  • Shift Differential: evening - $2.50 /hr, night - $4.30 /hr, weekend - $3.00 /hr.
