Job Description and Duties
The primary responsibilities of the Contract/Training Analyst include:
- Assessing and analyzing contract terms and conditions.
- Developing and implementing training programs for various departments within the department.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with state regulations.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in contract management or training development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay
The starting salary for this position is $6,031.00 - $7,775.00 per month.
