Job Description and Duties

The primary responsibilities of the Contract/Training Analyst include:

• Assessing and analyzing contract terms and conditions.
• Developing and implementing training programs for various departments within the department.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in contract management or training development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The starting salary for this position is $6,031.00 - $7,775.00 per month.

Schedule

This is a Limited Term position which may be extended to 24 months or become permanent.
