ANALYST II
Job Description and Duties
The incumbent performs technical, analytical, and staff administrative support activities related to the district facilities budgets, project planning, lease coordination, and sustainability-related activities. Expert advice and consultation are provided to district management on budgeting and facilities project planning, including deferred maintenance issues. Quality assurance and quality control are ensured through project management tools and techniques for projects and contracts. Communication with various levels of management and stakeholders on project status is also handled.
Working Conditions
The position is located at 111 Grand Ave, Oakland, Alameda County. The employee works in a climate-controlled office under artificial light, though the building temperature may fluctuate due to heating and air conditioning issues. The incumbent may be required to work weekends and change schedules when project activities occur outside normal work hours.
