ANALYST II
About the role
The incumbent provides budgetary and contract management support for the 2070 Program (the Divisions of Traffic Operations and Safety Programs).
Responsibilities
- Supports procurement/acquisition of Information Technology (IT), Non-Information Technology, Consultant, Professional Services, and Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services contracts for the 2070 Program.
- Aids in reviewing and approving funding sources, evaluating budget authority, and verifying financial coding for program activities.
- Supports the annual Personal Services and Operating Expense allocation development process for the 2070 Program.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: - Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a State owned or leased vehicle. - Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment. - Applicants with foreign transcripts/degrees must provide a transcript/degree U.S. equivalency report evaluation indicating the number of units and degree to which the foreign coursework is equivalent.
Qualifications
Experience with contract management and/or procurement, including writing and interpreting scopes of work, maintaining financial and contract ledgers, and processing invoice payments.
Skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and budgetary/financial databases to gather and analyze budgetary and financial data.
