About the role
The Analyst II / Analyst I provides administrative support functions to the Assistant Branch Chief (ABC) and represents the Adult and Senior Care Program in various settings on assigned issues and statewide program implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Track statewide performance and the collection of statewide statistics
- Work under short timelines which may necessitate working long, irregular, hours and weekends during peak workload periods
- Communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing when interacting with the public, state and federal elected officials and their staff, and other organizations
- Independently complete assignments in a timely and efficient manner, to effectively handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines calmly and efficiently
- Conduct oneself with the highest degree of professionalism, including adherence to departmental policies and procedures regarding attendance, leave, conduct, and professionalism

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a related field

- Creating spreadsheets and management reports
