Duties

Under direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II reviews and analyzes all formal filings before the Commission for compliance with the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (Rules), the Public Utilities Code (Pub. Util. Code), Commission decisions or General Order (GOs), and practices developed over time to facilitate the efficient resolution of procedural matters that come up with filings. The Analyst II also maintains the official record of documents within a proceeding.

Statement of Qualifications

The SOQ must be no smaller than 11-point Arial font, single-spaced, and no more than two pages. Please write your SOQ to address the following two questions:

• Describe how your experience, education, and/or training on supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace has prepared you to be an effective addition within a diverse work environment.
• Describe your experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting data, especially using Excel or other similar software.
