Analyst, HRIT - Hybrid

About the role
As an HRIT Analyst, you will develop detailed requirements, process documentation, and solution design approaches that satisfy business needs for enterprise application initiatives. You will work with IT partners to translate those requirements into technical solutions and provide subject matter expertise to support business requirement definition, process design, and implementation. You will participate in production incident troubleshooting, solution approach design, and recommendations, as well as perform initial validation, support unit testing, and facilitate UAT as needed. You will assist in driving initiatives forward from requirements to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed requirements, process documentation, and solution design approaches that satisfy business needs for enterprise application initiatives
- Work with IT partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise to support business requirement definition, process design, and implementation of processes
- Participate in production incident troubleshooting and solution approach design and recommendations
- Perform initial validation, support unit testing, and facilitate UAT as needed
- Assist in driving initiatives forward from the requirements to implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Experience working with integrations
- Experience working in an SDLC process-driven organization
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert in HR, Payroll, and/or Talent Acquisition systems
- Hands-on experience in implementing and/or supporting specifically UKG or ADP T&A systems
- Hands-on experience in implementing and/or supporting SaaS
- Experience in Human Resources Shared Service departments
- Experience working in a ticketing solution system (such as ServiceNow/JIRA)
