Analyst, HR Ops (Hybrid)
About the role
This unique role is designed to provide the incumbent with broad exposure to the inner workings of People Services, offering a well-rounded experience through multiple assignments in advisory, operational efficiency, and complex problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience by contributing to four core areas of our HR operations; Advisory and Engagement through phone or chat, Complex Case Management, Operational Excellence, and Strategic Collaboration.
- HR Advisory & Engagement: Serve as a key resource for employees and managers by providing high-quality assistance and resolution for various inquiries. Utilize a diagnostic approach to understand needs and provide clear guidance on company policies and self-service resources.
- Complex Case Management: Assist in the resolution of complex employee issues. Conduct research, manage sensitive information with professional judgment, and ensure intricate inquiries are handled with accuracy and empathy.
- Operational Excellence: Support the team in identifying and recommending process enhancements. Play an active role in projects designed to improve day-to-day operations, enhance the employee experience, and streamline operational and service delivery.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work across various teams within U.S. People Services to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for all stakeholders, while sharing insights that help the team identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a professional environment with a focus on problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- We prefer previous experience in a Human Resources or customer service-facing environment.
- Familiarity with HR policy or areas of expertise (i.e., Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Relations).
- Experience utilizing HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow.
- Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to show empathy and provide supportive guidance when addressing employee concerns.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay
The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
Schedule
This is a hybrid position in Farmington, CT or Cedar Rapids, IA. Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
