HRIS Analyst (Hybrid)

About the Role

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for configuring and maintaining HR systems to support business operations and improve organizational efficiency. This role focuses on Workday configuration, system implementation, testing, reporting, and process optimization while partnering with stakeholders to ensure HR technology solutions meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday and other HR systems to support business requirements.
• Manage business process development, system configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.
• Create test scripts, document testing scenarios, and execute system testing activities.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis to support business decisions.
• Affiliate with system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR technology solutions align with organizational goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in HR systems administration or HRIS support.
• Experience with Workday configuration and HR data analysis preferred.
• Experience creating Workday reports and calculated fields preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
