About the role

Our goal in People Services is to deliver an exceptional experience to employees and provide comprehensive support through various channels including phone, chat, or case management. This role offers broad exposure to the inner workings of People Services through multiple assignments in advisory, operational efficiency, and complex problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • HR Advisory & Engagement: Serve as a key resource for employees and managers by providing high-quality assistance and resolution for various inquiries. Use a diagnostic approach to understand needs and provide clear guidance on company policies and self-service resources.
  • Complex Case Management: Assist in resolving high-level HR matters, including conducting research, managing sensitive information with professional judgment, and ensuring intricate inquiries are handled with accuracy and empathy.
  • Operational Excellence: Support process enhancements by identifying and recommending improvements to day-to-day operations, enhancing the employee experience, and streamlining service delivery.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work across teams within U.S. People Services to ensure a seamless experience for stakeholders and share insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

You Must Have:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a professional environment with a focus on problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

We Prefer:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources or a customer service-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with HR policy or areas of expertise (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Relations).
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to show empathy and provide supportive guidance.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $57,200 – $108,800 USD. The range reflects all experience levels, and RTX considers factors such as role, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills when extending an offer.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position in Farmington, CT. The ratio of onsite to offsite work will be determined in partnership with your leader.
