About the role
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide a quality classroom product to our students, who include managers, agents, and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees. This position will report to the Manager, Training Resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide a quality classroom product to students, including managers, agents, and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees
- Teach core training to include QIK Sabre, Net Tracer, Ramp – Eagle Ground Operations Manual (EGOM), Complaint Resolution Official (CRO), Jetbridge, and Transfer Assist
Requirements
- One (1) year of airline experience
- Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
- Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- A manager’s recommendation letter is required
- Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- Proof of high school or GED completion
- Minimum 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of QIK, Sabre, and airport environment
- Prior teaching experience in a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
Work Environment
- Standard office environment, use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment
- All shifts including weekdays, weekends, nights, holidays, and/or irregular shifts
- Limited travel required
Physical Requirements
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
- Long periods of standing or speaking

Pay
Starting rate: $50,000.00/annual salary
