About the role

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide a quality classroom product to our students, who include managers, agents, and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees. This position will report to the Manager, Training Resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality classroom product to students, including managers, agents, and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees
• Teach core training to include QIK Sabre, Net Tracer, Ramp – Eagle Ground Operations Manual (EGOM), Complaint Resolution Official (CRO), Jetbridge, and Transfer Assist

Requirements

• One (1) year of airline experience
• Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• A manager’s recommendation letter is required
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
• Proof of high school or GED completion
• Minimum 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of QIK, Sabre, and airport environment
• Prior teaching experience in a corporate environment
• Bachelor’s degree in related field

Work Environment

• Standard office environment, use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment
• All shifts including weekdays, weekends, nights, holidays, and/or irregular shifts
• Limited travel required

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
• Long periods of standing or speaking

Pay

Starting rate: $50,000.00/annual salary
