About the role

As an Amenities Concierge, you are a valued member of our hospitality team and we're looking for you! We're CCMC, a community management company specializing in master-planned communities. What You’ll Accomplish

• Offering concierge services
• Extending the highest level of service to residents and guests
• Assisting with facility admittance
• Tactfully enforcing rules and regulations
• Sharing community information including parking regulations and services offered
• Prioritizing tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service and hospitality experience
• Professional communication, appearance, and behavior
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Flexibility to work after-hours, holidays, and weekends as scheduled
