Job Summary

Essential Functions
- Greet everyone you meet with a smile and prompt service. Extend courtesy, friendliness, and hospitality.
- Give every guest the ultimate compliment of recognition and attention. Guide them to the best offerings based on their interest during their time in your city.
- Be knowledgeable and passionate about our products and the most popular things to do at each trolley stop.
- Be computer literate and keyboard/mouse proficient with a working knowledge of and ability to use various types of computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Utilize exceptional sales skills including a strong pitch, prospecting, handling objections, cross-selling, upselling, and closing the deal.
- Present the cost of tours and attractions based on the company's pricing system.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Accurately handle transactions and receipts from sales, secure and maintain ticket inventory and company assets
- Ability to work independently within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests
- Ability to work well with all people while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English to communicate with fellow CASTmembers and the general public
- Flexibility to work 3-4 days/week from 7:30am – 6:00pm, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Customer service, sales, or information center experience preferred
