About the Role
The Concierge at Watermark Retirement Communities plays a crucial role in ensuring every resident, family member, and visitor feels valued and appreciated. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and developing meaningful relationships with our residents.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for residents, families, and visitors
- Assist with daily operations and events
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing visitor logs
- Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all guests
- Work closely with residents to address their needs and preferences
- Support the overall operational efficiency of the community
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a concierge
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Interested in learning and growing your skill set
Qualifications
- Passionate about working with seniors
- Experience as a concierge preferred
