About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a talented Concierge (Part Time) to join its team. Concierge agents provide personalized service to guests, handle various requests, and assist in planning guest itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guest requests, process packages, faxes, messages, emails, and mail
• Assist in other Guest Service areas, including the Front Desk and front drive
• Plan and organize guest itinerary during their stay, offering exceptional service

Requirements

• Previous concierge experience and knowledge of the surrounding areas and local attractions
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to multitask
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Flexible schedule and ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Schedule

• Part Time Shifts: 7am - 3:30pm / 12pm - 8:30pm
• Must have Friday / Saturday / Sunday availability
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
