- Performs treatments, performs phone triage, administers medications, assists with employee education and orientation and provides patient/family education.
- Involves family/significant others in planning health care and health decisions.
- Delegates and evaluates health care to assistive personnel following the hospital plan for nursing.
- Recognizes and advocates for each patient being individual with health care needs.
- Provides considerate, respectful care affirming the patient’s right to make decisions regarding his/her medical care.
Commitment to obtain Bachelors of Science in Nursing within 5 years of hire.
Graduation from an accredited program of nursing.
Registered Nursing license in State of Ohio.
