Ambulatory Nurse

About the role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PCPs and Specialists to develop and implement care plans to enhance healthcare outcomes and promote wellness.
• Absolutely assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Safeguard clinical protocols and patient assessment guidelines in accordance with standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Support providers in accurately documenting patient assessments and treatment protocols in line with compliance standards.
• Provide patient education and support, including verbal and written instructions, using appropriate tools and techniques to assess the patient's and/or family's ability to receive education.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and take initiative to solve problems.

Requirements

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing
• Experience: 2-5 years
• Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), RN

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
• Experience: 5-10 years
