Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PCPs and Specialists to develop and implement care plans.
- Absess and evaluate patient's physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
- Safeguard clinical protocols and patient assessment guidelines.
- Support providers in documenting patient assessment and treatment protocols.
- Provide patient education and support, including verbal and written instructions.
Requirements
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of nursing experience.
- Supervisor Experience: Not required.
- Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and RN certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: 5-10 years of nursing experience.
