Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Ambulatory Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting. The role involves collaborating with providers to develop and implement care plans, assessing patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols. The nurse will support providers in daily patient management, document assessments accurately, and educate patients and their families effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update care plans with healthcare team members
- Assess patient needs using critical nursing skills
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and documentation standards
- Provide patient education and support
- Support a safe work environment, demonstrating alertness and safety awareness
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational requirements: Nursing diploma or associate's degree in nursing
- Experience: 2-5 years preferred; 5-10 years for preferred qualifications
- Licenses & Certifications: BLS and RN licensure
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
