Ambulatory Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in an ambulatory setting, collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement effective care plans. Supports clinical staff and assists providers with daily patient management, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care. Key Responsibilities: Develops and updates care plans with PCPs and specialists to optimize health outcomes.Assesses patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills.Ensures adherence to clinical protocols, documentation standards, and compliance guidelines.Educates and supports patients and families, utilizing appropriate teaching tools and techniques.Supports a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe work practices. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing diploma or associate's degree in nursing; RN license required.2-5 years of experience; basic life support (BLS) certification.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing and 5-10 years of experience.Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills.
