About the role

Ambulatory Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective patient care in an outpatient setting. This position is safety-sensitive, emphasizing alertness and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PCPs and specialists to develop and update care plans
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols
• Support provider documentation
• Educate patients and families using appropriate tools
• Provide oversight and guidance to clinical staff
• Assist providers with daily patient management
• Deliver direct patient care
• Support clinical team
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
• Contribute to positive patient outcomes in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree
• RN license
• BLS certification
• 2-5 years of experience (ideal)
• Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills
