Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Amazon media strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance goals.

  • Plan and oversee go-to-market strategies for product launches and key retail events.

  • Proactively identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance trends within the Amazon media landscape.

  • Own monthly and quarterly budgeting processes, ensuring investments align to defined KPIs.

  • Build and communicate clear budget pacing, forecasting, and investment plans.

  • Monitor spend, evaluate performance, and implement optimizations to drive efficiency and return on investment.

  • Translate performance results into actionable insights and present findings to key stakeholders.

  • Manage deliverables and timelines for product launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring campaign strategies, budgets, and creative assets are finalized ahead of execution.

  • Track deliverables and performance, optimizing throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact across internal client teams, agencies, and Amazon partners.

  • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and brand teams to align on campaign objectives, timelines, and success metrics.

  • Prepare and deliver clear presentations and reports to senior stakeholders on campaign performance, learnings, and optimizations.

  • Maintain exceptional organization and documentation across all projects to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns.

  • Proven ability to plan and execute media campaigns from concept through completion.

  • Strong understanding of Sponsored Ads, DSP, and retail media best practices.

  • Experience managing budgets, optimizing performance, and presenting results to leadership.

  • Deep analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a part-time, embedded capacity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
