Job Requirements
- P&C license
- Confident self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- High level of sales drive and initiative
- Energetic personality with the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with insurance industry CRM systems a plus
