About the role

Pacific Aviation (with Superior Aircraft Services) is an airport-handling provider dedicated to providing exceptional service for some of the world’s finest airlines. We currently support major west coast airports and have recently expanded service to the East Coast. This role assists passengers at BOS Airport with wheelchair or luggage assistance, general information, and directions to provide positive passenger relations. You’ll project a friendly image while interacting with passengers, airlines, staff, and the public.

Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers needing wheelchair or luggage assistance.
  • Provide directions and general information to passengers.
  • Project a positive and friendly image when interacting with passengers, airlines, staff, and the public.
  • Maintain inventory and report discrepancies.
  • Monitor incoming/outgoing flights and respond to requests for assistance without direct supervision.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, coworkers, and airline personnel to meet passengers' needs.
  • Assist in transferring disabled or paralyzed passengers between seats as needed.

Requirements

  • Physical fitness: lift and carry up to 70 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation to and from Boston Logan International Airport.
  • Must possess at least two forms of identification (US passport, state or federal ID, social security card, birth certificate, etc.) to undergo a TSA background check. Immigration documents are also required for those born outside the United States.
  • Flexible schedule preferred: airport operates 24/7/365, and flights are sometimes delayed. Night/closing shifts frequently extend past midnight.
  • Customer service experience preferred; prior airport experience is ideal but not required.
  • Second language proficiency is a plus.
