Airport Cabin Appearance Lead

Job Summary

Cabin Appearance Lead is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, proper aircraft safeguarding, and excellent customer service. This role supports professional development of Cabin Appearance Agents and collaborates with supervisors on operational improvements.

Job Duties

• Report to work on time and ensure PPE is worn and agents are ready to perform duties.
• Provide input on operational improvements and address security issues.
• Ensure Ramp Agents adhere to uniform standards and assist with cabin preparation.
• Perform cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
• Assist with baggage loading and unloading, and transport items to/from aircraft and terminals.
• Drive and operate ground support equipment, perform FOD walks, and marshal aircraft arrivals/departures.
• Follow weight and balance instructions, handle hazardous materials, and comply with regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Computer experience (6+ months), knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proven supervisory skills, experience in operational planning, and understanding of GSE maintenance.
• High School diploma/GED, at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License.
• English proficiency, basic computer literacy, previous ramp or airline experience.
• Clear FBI background check.
• Physical fitness to perform duties including lifting up to 70 pounds.
• Flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Physically fit to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Capable of repetitive lifting up to 70 pounds in confined spaces.
• Physically fit to perform job duties in various weather conditions and exposure to loud noises.

Working Hours

Must be able and flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holiday-specific shifts.
