Job Summary
Cabin Appearance Lead is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, proper aircraft safeguarding, and excellent customer service. This role supports professional development of Cabin Appearance Agents and collaborates with supervisors on operational improvements.
Job Duties
- Report to work on time and ensure PPE is worn and agents are ready to perform duties.
- Provide input on operational improvements and address security issues.
- Ensure Ramp Agents adhere to uniform standards and assist with cabin preparation.
- Perform cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
- Assist with baggage loading and unloading, and transport items to/from aircraft and terminals.
- Drive and operate ground support equipment, perform FOD walks, and marshal aircraft arrivals/departures.
- Follow weight and balance instructions, handle hazardous materials, and comply with regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Computer experience (6+ months), knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proven supervisory skills, experience in operational planning, and understanding of GSE maintenance.
- High School diploma/GED, at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver's License.
- English proficiency, basic computer literacy, previous ramp or airline experience.
- Clear FBI background check.
- Physical fitness to perform duties including lifting up to 70 pounds.
- Flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Physically fit to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods.
- Capable of repetitive lifting up to 70 pounds in confined spaces.
- Physically fit to perform job duties in various weather conditions and exposure to loud noises.
Working Hours
Must be able and flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holiday-specific shifts.
