Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor and accurately complete all aircraft paperwork to ensure safety and timely delivery.
- Provide leadership for technicians.
- Establish work priorities to assist the Lead.
- Ensure work performed adheres to high quality standards.
- Highly proficient with forms.
- Establish work priorities and supervise the work of up to 10 Technicians.
- Effectively interact with customer representatives.

Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Constantly: Lifting 10 lbs., standing, walking, wrist flexion and extension, environmental weather conditions.

- Working above chest-level, overhead, and away from body for extended periods.
- Bending, twisting of torso, twisting and/or pressure with wrist/hands, fine finger usage, moderate vibrations up to 2 hrs. to high vibrations up to 30 mins.
- Working at elevated heights ≥4’, working on ladders, scaffolding, uneven surfaces, and energized parts.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Must have a minimum of 1-year related experience and/or training.
