About the role
Our Customer Service Agents provide an amazing customer service experience for airline passengers at San Jose International Airport (SJC).
Responsibilities
- Process passengers, check required IDs, print boarding passes, and tag luggage at Check-In Counters.
- Make boarding announcements, scan boarding passes, and ensure all passengers have boarded the plane with required documentation at Departure/Arrival Gates.
- Assist in transferring disabled or paralyzed passengers in wheelchairs between the front curb, front counter, onto the aircraft and to baggage claim as needed.
Requirements
- Available to attend five (5) days of initial Onboarding and Computer Training.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts based on airline schedules.
- A great attitude and willingness to extend professionalism and courtesy to airline customers and teammates at all times.
- Computer literate.
- Likely authorized to work in the United States of America (USA) without sponsorship.
