Role Responsibilities (CBA Scope)
- Cook up air export and import shipments end-to-end
- Secure timely airline bookings and shipment execution
- Function as the primary point of contact between customers, carriers, brokers, and overseas stations
- Prepare and review all required shipping documentation (AWB, AES/EEI, AMS, manifests, etc.)
- Track and monitor shipments, providing proactive customer updates
- Ensure compliance with all export/import regulations
- Accurately bill and maintain customer records in CargoWise
- Meet operational KPIs for service, accuracy, and productivity
Skills / Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and strong follow-up skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Air freight industry experience preferred
- Cargo Wise systems knowledge is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $35.21/hr
