Agent Recruiter - Part Time

The Opportunity

• Connect with prospective agents and agencies through outbound calls to introduce JSA’s value, opportunities, and support model
• Build relationships and establish new partnerships with independent agents
• Accurately complete and maintain intake forms in our CRM system
• Support the team by assisting with additional projects and initiatives as needed

• Part-time hours: Approximately 24–30 hours per week

• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and utilize company agent tools and resources
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
