About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team in Gettysburg and Hanover, PA. This position will float between the Gettysburg and Hanover Urgent Care sites.
- Open 7 days a week from 8 AM–8 PM
- Provides healthcare treatment for patients of all ages in a walk-in facility
- 3–13 hour shifts per week; Sunday through Saturday, rotating weekends
- Utilizes integrated system-wide electronic health record and on-site imaging

Qualifications
- Minimum Education:
- Master’s Degree (Nurse Practitioner) Required
- Bachelor’s Degree (Physician Assistant) Required
- Master’s Degree (Physician Assistant) Preferred
- Work Experience: 1 year Required
- Licenses:
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Required upon hire or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Required upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required upon hire or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required upon hire
- Certifications/Training:
- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role Required upon hire
- Nurse Practitioner: Board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Required upon hire
- Nurse Practitioner: Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Required upon hire or
- Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Required upon hire
