We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - Intro: "When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives." That's about the role? Could be "About the role". Also there is schedule info: "Schedule This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position based on-site at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. The role combines leadership and clinical responsibilities, with approximately half of the time dedicated to direct patient care and half dedicated to administrative, operational, and people management activities. The Advanced Practice Manager participates in a shared provider rotation that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with approximately 30% of shifts occurring during off-shift hours. Weekend coverage is shared across the team and averages approximately one weekend per month." That's schedule details. So we can have a Schedule section. - "Where You'll Work" description: about NICU. Could be "About the role" or maybe "Responsibilities"? Actually it's description of work environment. Could be part of About the role. - "What You'll Do": responsibilities list. That's Responsibilities. - "Why You'll Love Working Here": benefits? Could be Benefits or maybe "Benefits" but it's more about why you'll love working there (culture). Could be Benefits? But we have separate Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It lists: Lead a dedicated team..., Balance..., Collaborate..., Help shape..., Care for..., Access opportunities... Those are more like benefits/advantages. Could be considered Benefits. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could combine Why You'll Love Working Here into Benefits section. - "Job Description Essential Responsibilities:" is a long list of duties. That's also responsibilities. Could merge with What You'll Do. - "Required Qualifications": list of qualifications. That's Qualifications. - "Competencies": list of competencies. That's Skills. - "Physical Nature of the Job": maybe part of Requirements? Could be Requirements. - "Pay Range": Pay section. - Also mention vaccination requirement etc. That's maybe Requirements? Could be included in Qualifications? It's a condition of employment: flu vaccine. Could be under Requirements. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. We'll create sections:

About the role

with paragraph(s) covering intro and where you'll work.

Responsibilities

with
  • items combining What You'll Do and Job Description Essential Responsibilities.

    Qualifications

    with
    • items for Required Qualifications.

      Skills

      with
      • items for Competencies.

        Pay

        with

        containing pay range.

        Schedule

        with

containing schedule details. We might also include Requirements? But we have Qualifications covering education, license, experience. Requirements could be things like physical nature, vaccination, etc. Could combine into Qualifications or separate Requirements. Since we have Qualifications already, we could add a Requirements section for physical nature and vaccination. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could merge physical nature and vaccination into Qualifications as additional items. Let's see: Required Qualifications includes: Master's degree, License, Certificate BLS, 8-10 years experience, 1-3 years supervisory, eight years NP experience with five years acute, MA license, computer systems. That's qualifications. Physical nature: Medium work etc. Could be a separate Requirements section but it's just one item; maybe we can add to Qualifications as a bullet. Vaccination requirement: flu vaccine required. Could also be added. Thus we can have Qualifications section covering all. Schedule section: we have details. Pay section: we have range. Benefits: we have Why You'll Love Working Here. Could be Benefits. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check if any content missing: The "Where You'll Work" description is in About the role. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title. Not using. We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer etc. Remove. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's draft:
