About the role
Join our Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) team at York Hospital, supporting a high‑acuity, 44‑bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Central Pennsylvania. Collaborate with a highly experienced team of 5 Neonatologists and 8 full‑time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners. Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy with full neonatology physician support. Provide care for ELGAN and critically ill neonates using state‑of‑the‑art neonatal technology, including jet ventilators and oscillator ventilators. Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care to neonates in a Level III NICU.
- Collaborate with neonatology physicians and interdisciplinary team.
- Utilize advanced neonatal technology such as jet and oscillator ventilators.
- Participate in 24‑hour call shifts.
Requirements
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant with successful completion of a post‑graduate Neonatology residency program, Neonatology fellowship program, or a minimum of two years of NICU experience.

Schedule
- 24‑hour call shifts, averaging approximately 13 shifts per 8‑week schedule.
- Shifts run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
