Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional for a full-time, third-shift position supporting residents in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and supporting residents in a treatment environment
- Serving as a positive role model and providing encouragement
- Documenting observations and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting treatment plans and resident goals
- Assisting with medication monitoring, housekeeping, laundry, meals, and daily activities
- Transporting residents to appointments and community activities
- Facilitating educational and life-skills activities
- Responding to emergencies to ensure a safe environment
- Maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
