About the role
We are seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional for second shift to provide supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a recovery-focused residential treatment facility.
Responsibilities
- Observe, document, and report resident behaviors
- Assist with medication administration
- Facilitate educational and life skills groups
- Support residents in achieving treatment goals
- Respond to emergencies
- Transport residents
- Maintain confidentiality
- Build professional relationships with residents while maintaining boundaries
- Attend meetings and trainings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background and medical clearances
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health or related fields
- Training in DHS 83
Work environment
