Responsibilities
- Support residents in a residential treatment environment by providing supervision, encouragement, and life-skills coaching.
- Assist with daily activities such as housekeeping, laundry, meals, and transportation to appointments and community events.
- Monitor medications, document observations, and support treatment plans and resident goals.
- Facilitate educational and life-skills activities, respond to emergencies, and maintain safety and confidentiality.
- Work closely with residents to promote recovery and independence.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
