About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Adult Residential Support Professional to provide compassionate care in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males. In this role, you will supervise and support residents by offering encouragement, life-skills coaching, and maintaining a safe, structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and support progress toward treatment goals
- Document observations and maintain accurate records
- Assist with medication administration as directed
- Facilitate daily activities including housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Transport residents to appointments and community outings
- Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols
- Uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
