Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) Responsibilities: Support and supervise residents in a residential treatment setting, build positive relationships, document progress, assist with medication and daily activities, facilitate life skills and educational groups, transport residents, conduct urinalysis and breathalyzer tests, and respond to emergencies and crises. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to maintain professional boundaries, and pass background and medical clearances. Preferred candidates have experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or coursework in related fields. Additional Requirements: Due to contractual obligations, male staff members are required to conduct observed urine analyses for male residents. Schedule & Benefits: Part-time, second shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm), working two days during the week and every other weekend.
