About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to provide direct care in a new residential treatment program for adult males. In this role, you will support residents' recovery by offering supervision, encouragement, and life-skills coaching within a safe and structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support residents
- Serve as a positive role model
- Document observations
- Assist with medication management
- Facilitate daily activities such as housekeeping, meals, and transportation
- Respond to emergencies
- Maintain confidentiality
- Support residents' treatment goals in collaboration with the team
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver’s license
- Preferably experience in human services or related fields
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and in teams.
