About the role
The Adult Residential Support Professional provides direct care in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support residents in recovery, ensuring a safe and structured environment
- Offer encouragement, serve as a positive role model, and support treatment goals
- Document observations, maintain accurate records, and assist with medication monitoring
- Help with daily living activities such as housekeeping, laundry, and meals
- Transport residents to appointments and community activities
- Facilitate educational and life-skills activities
- Respond to emergencies and uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential care preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
